>City recently installed a round about near my house
>Car crashes happen there every day now
Does this happen in Yurop too?
>>79565141
No. They're installed to avoid head on collisions and generally work that way. Maybe you shouldn't let your boomers drive.
>>79565207
A head on collision just happened a few hours ago, actually.
>>79565235
So your drivers don't know how to use them. Weird.
>>79565141
no
i've never seen a roundabout that big though
>>79565235
>head on collision
>in a round about
>>79565461
he must have went the wrong way
wow can you not
>>79565461
Someone got confused and went the wrong way
>>79565657
They should put some fuckin signs up then
>>79565713
There's a sign at all entrances to the roundabout telling traffic to go counter clockwise
>>79565761
I can scarcely believe that anyone would go in the wrong direction on a roundabout if you force people to enter tangent to the outside of the loop.
What the fuck are they going to do, not notice that they have to make a 150+ degree turn AND not notice oncoming traffic on top of that? They deserve to get hit.
>>79565863
It happens all the time desu.
>>79565141
Why do so many new worlder find roundabouts confusing ? Are they this rare ?
Also CDG-L'Étoile is a cluster fuck, i hope i never have to drive through there
>>79566258
>Are they this rare ?
Yes, they're becoming more common but they're still a relatively recent introduction.
If you see a roundabout in a North American city there's a good chance it used to be a intersection.
why the fuck is it so hard to new worlders?
it's so fucking simple i don't get how anyone with a driver licence doesn't know how to drive in a circle.
thank god you don't have bike paths, that would be a nightmare
>>79566258
>Are they this rare ?
Yes, we have too much traffic for them here
>>79566390
>don't have bike paths
We have mountains in North America too Vidkun
The only thing I find confusing about them is the inner lanes
>>79566484
In Portugal is like this: small city, a gazillion roundabouts. They're effective and you get used to them
