Of course if he gets a majority in parliament he should as his very first act establish workers councils and give them legislative powers, that's fairly obvious.

British proletarians would ofc have to arm to maintain workers power but bourgeois and fascist reactionaries will try to stop it so I think that for the next years until the next election he should

1. Defund, and disarm the police
2. Covertly assassinate political opponents, blaming one for the assassination of the other via scapegoat assassins loyal to the Party
3.Carry out attacks and bombings on the capitalist media
4. Covertly arm all workers unions, making a national „over-union“ which will only officially be established after the election and then directly seize the means of production
