Learn Japanese in Canada, get good skills in some engineering or similar field, apply for tons of jobs in Japan especially those who already employed some foreigners, fly there for job interviews, get hired. Then you need to apply for the working visa. Some companies might help with that. Then search for a cheap room to live and work your ass off in Japan.

Believe me, everything else is shit and doesn't make sense. Don't become a English teacher.
