In the French Quarter of New Orleans (barely), and in the Bayou, but we don't have "French culture", that mostly died when America forced the French population of Louisiana to learn English, we have Cajun/Acadian culture, which I guess is a subset of French culture.

when I was replaying games I had as a kid they all looked so shitty to me in comparison to how I remembered them. I thought it must be that my standards for graphics were lower back then but then I realized that now I'm playing them on LCD flatscreen monitors/TVs and back then I was playing them on CRT televisions, which they were basically designed for.

I really need to pick up one at a thrift store or something if I ever get my old GameCube or Xbox hooked up again.
