I have driven there a few times. Mostly a less develop place in terms of infrastructure. Homes that are hardly called a home here litter majority of roads/small villages, fairly large cities filled to the brim with garbage, drug usage/prostitution, fairly corrupt place in a lot of ways, etc.

The people are decent and friendly to talk to though even if they stop giving a shit about their current situation and the nicest places/comfiest I have come across where large towns.
