The U.S. spends roughly 100 billion every year on foreign conflict/bases/etc.
The U.S. takes in roughly 4.1 trillion in taxes every year however.

And it's not other countries fault that there citizens don't like us. Most government's outside of North Korea, Iran, Syria, China, and Russia. Fucking love us for what we do.

Even if we did completely cut that out of taxes, which not all of that comes from taxes, but even if it did. It'd result in maybe 10-20 dollars less of tax every year for every person. Which is a tiny difference.
