Is it true that most Russians and Slavs are scammers? They always do anything for a quick dollar?

I always see they are more organized than Anglos, their entire goal is to make money and become rich. Unlike Anglos, who just want to travel the world and spend all their parents money and help the poor non-white people

I met a guy who went on a rant about Slavs in general with no provocation. He said "they'll slit your throat and laugh at you afterward" and other crazy shit pretty much saying all Slavs are psychopathic animals. Made me feel really uncomfortable. Especially when he asked what my last name was. I have an extremely long Ukrainian last name.
