Imagine being strapped into a bed for a whole year against your will. Meaning that for a whole year you will not be able to move an inch. After a few days or weeks you will be swimming in your own feces and urine while your torturer will be feeding you periodically to keep you in that hell that's called your life.
Your limbs and muscles will hurt so much that pain will soon become a reality; an everyday occurence. By the time bacteria start to eat your skin tissue and muscles, you will be a human no more. Just a husk of a man that only has a breathing heart, a brain and two lungs. The stench of your own filth will be filling your nose.
Just when you think your days might come to an end, your torturer provides you with antibiotics and an IV to make sure yo keep breathing. By the time your brain turns to mush and your stomach is full of blood and pieces of your own tongue you will appear no more than a mummy, whose only view for a whole year was your house's ill kept ceiling.

Eventually, the man behind your hell decides to reveal his true face. He wraps a blanket around your eyes and you feel somethimg soft and bulgy entering your mouth every second night. Since this has been the first time in months that something other than saliva entered your weak and barely moving mouth, your body is unable to control that.
