Is North Korea our next Gavrilo Princip and a pathway to a war that will end all wars?
>>79120275
Nah, it's only the Norks who will get BTFO. We need the war ASAP though, the longer everyone waits the higher the inevitable casualties.
If the US does nothing they'll get to watch South Korea get annexed and not be able to do anything.
>>79120275
china won't defend them
>>79120455
I don't see why people act like they will when Norks have been dicking around with China for years now.
>>79120455
Indeed but they will send them weapons and supplies, if necessary
I think US should cooperate with China and Russia to find a way solving North Korean issues to eventually lead a successive Korean reunification. Also global nuclear freeze.

Get offa /int/, Macron.
>>79120455
China and North Korea are obliged to come to the other's help if attacked per a 1961 agreement but if the latter draws first blood, China is under no obligation to help.
>>79120984
wont change the outcome, it's pretty obvious
>>79121019
t. Putin
America will prob attack first
>>79120275
No, because Gavrilo killed people, while Kim is only going to kill other Asian subhumans
Why does the US actually want NORK gone, and why does China defend it? Without a NORK threat in the region, the US has no reason to keep military forces and missile countermeasure in SORK, which may be used against China. As long as the norks don't actually do shit, which they never actually do, they are beneficial to the US and detrimental to China. Or is there something I missed here?

That's not a picture of the atomic blast over Tokyo
>>79124240
bombs will not sell themselfs, you need news reporters blabbing about VICTORIES USA USA USA
not how everyone in europe slowly start living better than the avarage murrican
>>79124240
>and why does China defend it?
1. They are lazy and wed to the status quo
2. A war in Korea would be a catastrophe with millions of refugees going into China
3. It would probably result in American troops going north of the DMZ which China doesn't want to happen either
4. China has business interests in North Korea particularly in mining
>>79124240
Did the US leave Europe when the Soviet Union disappeared?
They will stay in Korea/Japan anyway
>>79124636
China would very likely only accept a reunified Korea if US forces completely withdrew from the peninsula, however we only have 20,000 guys there now mostly for symbolic reasons.
