2. How long does it take for construction workers to fix a water leak, large pothole, etc. in your country?

2. They usually fix it the same day. My relatives came to visit when water started leaking somewhere on a street and construction workers were there by the end of the day. They said back home water would've spewed for days before somebody would've bothered to get there and fix it.

Depends. Potholes barely get fixed, and all the fixes are temporary fixes that never get replaced with something proper until a new road is built, but things like water leaks are fixed fairly quickly.
