Why is America that segregated? All their neighborhoods are inhabited

White people move when Blacks move into all white neighborhoods, in some parts of the country. But other than that Whites, Asians, Hispanics, Blacks, etc all live together fine usually in neighborhoods that are historically multi-ethnic.
