Now I got astonished by knowing that this concept is shared by citizens in all over the world.
Is there any nation which improve it is mere superstition and could be compensated by any other meal?

insulin is what your pancreas makes you dumb cunt.
and eating regularly in small portions ensures that your organism doesnt have to produce large doses of it because your carbohydrate intake is "just enough" to cover the energy needs of your body instead of mass-producing it just to store the rest for later.

What a load of shit. Frequent small meals, which these days are 90% carbohydrates, is like a roller coaster for your system.

Oh fuck off with the broscience.
>needs of your body instead of mass-producing it just to store the rest for later.
That isn't how the metabolism works.

You can easily do with two to four meals a day with no negative effects to your health. There's practically no need to constantly be glucosed up unless you're biking long distance or doing some other activity that needs you to be constantly replenishing your energy. For the rest of us, we'll do just fine on the glucose stored up in our livers plus whatever has been stored in our fatty tissues. You know, just like our bodies were designed to.
