back when I was little (like 6 yo) I went to the toilet of my school and, back then, they had those old squat toilets. Never used one before, so I squatted and tried to aim but ended shitting on the floor.

Squat shitting is good for your body. Keep your feet apart and it spreads your butt cheeks too. You'll have less constipation and spend less time in the toilet. The only part of your body that touches any surface is your feet and you should be wearing jandals anyway. Compare to the sitting toilet where your bum touches the rim of the toilet. Squatting is difficult for fatties and those who skip leg day, tho.

I've got arthritis, though, so when I'm older it'll probably be difficult.
