my sincere advice is learn another language if you are moving to another country, or if you want to read literature and other media in its original language. Otherwise it wont be worth it for a native English speaker.

As far as I can tell, only russians, spanish/portuguese, arabic, and japanese/korean/mandarin language speakers will all care. everyone else has a majority that knows english as a second language. other than maybe french or italian ir something but who cares about those.
