B2 is a level in the CEFR.
If your English is B2 it basically means you fucking suck.

N5-N1 is only for Japanese, with N5 being the lowest. The JLPT only tests reading and hearing, not speaking. N4 is being able to understand about 1/5th of a normal conversation and being able to order a coke.
