Watch tv shows and movies, read books etc.

Your english should exponentially improve if you are exposed to it for a few hours every day.

Can you speak eloquently in korean?
If so did you learn to do that?
You did it by listening to the language and by reading, and you can do the same with english.

I would specifically recommend watching long-form content on youtube, like the joe rogan podcast.
