What does /int/ think about homework. Does it help you learn or is it useless baggage.
Pic unrelated
This is op, I think it helped me when I still had it

i found it useless. i never did homework because i paid attention during classes instead of clowning around

Thanks for the reply finnie :3
I payed attention during class but had to experiment myself to fully understand it.
(Talking about math in this senario) Just curious since my daughter is about to enter grade 2
I think i should be doing mine
But I'm sad I fucked up a math quiz today (retarded easy quiz)
So I don't feel like doing anything
useless garbage

Doesn't Finland barely even have homework?
A way to deliberately waste time and lives so that children don't have lives. In whatever you'll actually do with your schooling, you'll never do homework. Think about it.

It's good for whores who don't pay attention in class and have low IQ.
if not then it teaches you nothing.

I am a literal high school teacher.
Research shows it helps but only a very small amount.
I give very little homework, only to the little shits who don't do their work in class, it's usually just their schoolwork that they need to finish.
I use the fact that I give little homework to engender positive feelings towards me, and keep homework as punishment for those who cross me.
I like hw and I do them.
>teachers said that not doing homework will make you fail
>not do any homework
>pass anyway

>homework
What, are you 12?
why ask this on /int/?
It was my saviour for physics classes.
Never really bothered with it for the humanities.
It's valuable when the teacher who gives it out knows what he/she is doing.
