Should I learn Russian or Japanese?

I'm studying Computing Systems Engineering and have experienced the good thing that is getting to understand a little of Russian and Japanese for academic documentation.

I want to study another language so I'm not pretty sure of which language to choose because I like them both so far.

For academic documentation, English is enough.
I'd read Japanese because the best Japanese books and hentai games are never translated.
The only untranslated thing the Russians offer is shitty STALKER mods.
