We do, I think Estonia has less of this problems, but Latvia definitely has corruption problem. It used to be more surface level and visible a few years prior, but lately it is more rare to hear about someone bribing a policeman or something like that. Corruption still persists in government. I'd say younger people are less tolerant of this. Lots of it has to do with Soviet era mentality that is still somewhat deeply rooted.
