What can I do to start in France/Belgium/Russia ?

Serious answer: depends on your skillset and if you can speak Dutch or French depending on where you settle. You can probably get by for a year using English while learning the language, but again depends on what and where.

I can't really help you on job opportunities as I'm uneducated and live in the literal middle of nowhere at buttfuck-les-bains, but I suppose you could try to join university if you're well-off financially and don't mind "losing" a few years
Or if you have a medicine degree of some sort, rural municipalities will claw each others' throats to get you a medical office
