At my Workplace is one Pashtun (Afghan) whos familiy lives in Pakistan. He worked in Dubai before.
He has actually no papers for asylum or residencies but is allowed to work until his deportation or asylum acceptance (can take several years).

Well.
The first refugee shelter was built in 2012. It was burned down.
Second one was built soon after. If was burnt down.
Third one they moved to another location.
