Also Africa will do nothing but export poverty if it develops along the same Western model as Latin America (eg look at migration in the US) what you need is a template that allows for transition from subsistence farming to industrial societies learning from the mistakes others have made along the way, eg you can't leave it up to corporations to do the heavy lifting or else you'll be getting banana republics.
