I'm following professional courses to become a pizza maker, baker and artigianal pastry chef in Italy, what are my chances of land a job in Germany or a Scandinavian Country?
I need to learn the language too

great another shitzza "chef"
commit suicide, or as we call it over here 'one less italian, one step forward for a better world'

Pizza makers are hairy arabs who barely speak Swedish. They all have fat bellys, balding hair, big noses and no muscle mass. They work 10 hours a day, pay no taxes and make pretty shitty wages.

All pizza guys here are Arabs who have Italian flags all over their "restaurants" and pretend to be Italians.
If you wan't to work for 5€/hour like they do, then go ahead.

Pizza is a bad idea.
There are tons of decent italians and mediocre arabs makin that here. Don't even start if you don't have a family business to take over.
I don't why italians only try to export that from italy. The italian cuisine is fantastic, there is much more to it.
Try focusing on the best hand made gnocchi or sell fucking delicious porchetta-to-go.

Create your own niche. That's my tip.

If I had the resources to open my own activity I would have done that already

We told you, unless you're a well known high class chef, then there's only Arab restaurants for you.
