8 months going to the psychologist and psychiatrist and my life is the same
and i wont go for 2 months because my psychologist has vacations or something kek, 2 months without therapy, im lucky because im not gonna kill myself this year but a lot of people is going to commit suicide

but seriously, most psychs do nothing that you can't do yourself - they listen to what you say and make observations, perhaps make recommendations (but what are the chances you actually follow through?)

my psychologist straight up said he couldn't do anything for me and told me not to come again. I haven't been to a new one since.
