We barely took in any, so I've only seen 1 (and his family) and that was a tourist from Sweden. The kid knew 4 languages and is interested in programming. Pretty normal stuff. My mom would've gotten along with his had any of them spoken English.

They live in camps here so you barely see them.
They do cause crime because most of them are just here to steal and know they wont have a chance to stay.
The real refugees have yet to establish themselves here.
Based on our past experiences most will never manage to build up a normal life here and get a job.

We took in about 25% of the refugees of Sweden while having 70% more people. So we dodged a bullet.

I'm not really sure, there are no news about it, which is a good thing I guess. Statistically they are not more criminal than other people of their age, just a bit more violent but nothing major.
I guess they are just living a boring life in some camps. The right wing parties stopped being important. Terrorism also pretty much stopped now that the Islamic stated is destroyed.

Thing is, there is still millions waiting to come here and there are still plenty of places where things could turn bad and we have another crisis.

Most refugees are really good and nice people. Of course there is a small percentage of criminals/rapists as well but it's the same with the Germans. In fact, if you compare the crime statistics, according to the federal police it seems that native Germans are more criminal than the refugees.
If they integrate I see no problem with it. Some will go back but the majority wants to stay here.
