My Oxford offer for Physics was A*AA.

Cambridge do their primary selection via their custom tests, and use their interviews as the very final step. This means cambridge interviews are not harder but have less margin for error. You can fuck up 1 oxford interview (You usually get 3-4) and be okay, you cant really fuck up a Cam one. Also, Cambridge can and will give you A*A*A* offers if they think youre smart enough to get them.
