White kids are brought up in decent families and can therefore they can be a bit sheltered. In addition to that during the last several decades we've been spoon-fed the violence of any kind is bad meme. It really comes as no surprise that there are a ton of white kids who've never been in a real fight and they never had to learn how to defend themselves. In short, our culture frowns upon violence and advocates for alternatives to aggression and brute force (Even when it's not prudent).

Comparatively, a lot of nig nogs grow up totally unsupervised and are thrust into a culture that glorifies and promotes violence. Their violent culture basically ensures that hood nig nogs will all have a decent amount of brawls under their belt, and as such they know how to conduct themselves in fights and they don't shy away from aggression. They know violence and they're at comfort in violent situations.
