Sunny days = low humidity, don't notice any humidity in the air even when it's warm because it's low (seems very natural having it that way)

But it's not that simple, is it. Humidity decreases on warm sunny days here. We can have temperatures up to 30 in Norway btw, so it's not always cold.

Nights in norway are always cool. The water condenses out of the air. Allows less humidity to occur. In Texas, there is very little dew in the morning because its hot even at night. The moisture has an ampliative effect as it can't condense out of the air.
