Therapy may not be bad idea, to talk through how you got this isolated. It's odd for this to happen even with an autist.

Get off here and meet people outside work so you can fail in low stakes places. Making friends is just common interests and progressively sharing more. Your biggest risk will be over sharing or over thinking things.
