Third Channel of the Polskie Radio (national public broadcast) has a late night program called Strefa rokendrola bez angola "Rock'n'roll zone without english". They broadcast music exclusively that is not in Polish and English.

Anyways start listening to online radio broadcasts from all over the world. I recommend Polskie Radio because since it's a public broadcast there are no shitty commercials all day long but I'm sure every nation has one of them.
