Arguably these generals could be good for someone trying to learn a language (for instance, /fracofil/ for French), but the post quality is so low it's a laughable source of learning.

Currently, /lang/ and DJT are the only generals with some utility.
Arguably flagtism and CP could be said to be less useless than cultural generals, but they're kinda pointless in terms of discussing anything, and the Discord thing ends up ruining them further.
