I don't know about Germany, but this is an islamic rule. If a white muslim's wife has a black kid (or vice versa) he isn't allowed to question her faithfulness UNLESS he has 4 witnesses who saw her cheat on him. And he has to treat the kid as his own, even if he divorces her.

I didn't mean to say this rule was part of French law, it isn't. It's an islamic law based on Quran, so I don't think the Germans live by such a thing. Sorry if it wasn't clear.
