No, that's just a common belief here among the blacks. The Health Minister claimed that a diet of raw vegetables, such as beetroots, could do the trick. The government also decided to send out pamphlets on Sex Education with a free condom on the pamphlet, the only problem was that they stapled condom to the pamphlet - piercing the actual condom, creating a whole in it.

Seems like it's going downhill fast. I'm afraid the US will look like South Africa in 50 years. But you've at least got nice natural scenery and Capetown seems like a cool place.
