so i see you made several threads about thor and i need to clarify

the movie is not about norway or scandinavia or norse mythology

it is based on a comic super hero of the 60s that is it is a movie of the american post war childhood and the revival of the american suburban fantasy

while it is true there is ALSO a character thor in the norse mythology the movie and the comic thor is not that person
if so you would accept that marvel was creating nordic myth canon instead but obviously they are only recreating comic stories and is wholly separate from any connection to any "we"
