Why haven't you moved to Whitehorse yet, /int/? It is one of Canada's fastest-growing urban areas, soaring from 20,000 to almost 30,000 people in just the past decade. It is the biggest city in the Canadian north, and now has a direct flight to Frankfurt in the summer. New suburbs are constantly being built to accommodate the growing population.

The city has a denser downtown area if you prefer a more urban way of life. But in Whitehorse, the heart of the city is actually CLOSE to the suburbs, unlike many places.
