but after a year or so on 4chan I started "ironically" watching anime, out of curiosity, and I fell in love with the first show I watched

some people like it alot, but it is a foreign thing for a small bunch of people that get into it also a brit too. never on the bbc although they talk about it and kpop and bollywood films and stuff.

Meanwhile they play boring repeats of stuff only the most stuffy and conservative old farts will find entertaining such as documentaries on opera and repeats of dads army a 1970s comedy drama series about world war two.

The BBC talk about privilege and diversity being a problem in one breath but endlessly harp on about classic shows and the need for opera performances 3 people watch in the next.

People don't care if you watch it or not, within the certain subculture it is considered okay, however some people think of it as being only for peadophiles.

Not a massive weeb personally, but watched a bit here and there such as umaru hamster girl because of the memes posted here online.
