Whats your country's opinion on femboys and beta males? How are they treated?

What's the difference between a femboy and a failed beta male? Is the beta male trying too hard to emulate masculinity while the femboy just accepted his nature and moved on?

A femboy is a guy who is skinny and cute plus acts girly.
While a beta male is a guy who has a closed fist in his pockets and tries hard to improve his masculinity but in the wrong way.
