i think several factors are in play
-unlike in your country they are forced to go to school and brainwash from early age
-once in school they are properly directed to a path in their life where they can repeat a dumb mechanical task forever until they die
-they are very highly trained to do so, i am talking 8+ years of studies just so they make a computer run basic calculations
-then we put them in banks
