We call the country ''Oranda(オランダ)''
So I didn't understand what's Netherlands when I heared the country name in English

Most of just call it the Netherlands probably because in Dutch it's also "Nederland", it's actually pretty cringy when I hear someone say Holland instead of The Netherlands.

We call it The Netherlands. In Dutch we just say Nederland (singular).

Holland is more for chanting. But I dont live in Holland.
