In the new world, it would be very simple for the blue countries (team freedom!) to either blockade or conquer the red countries (damn commies!) from providing any sort of significant economic support to Russia/China.

In Asia, India, Japan, and Vietnam would have a difficult time resisting Chinese conquest, and American help would be necessary to keep the Chinese at bay. Chinese manpower and industry compared to the united manpower and industry of India, the United States, Australia, and the East Asian countries would probably make Asia the bloodiest theater of war.

In Europe, the European union would be able to do some serious damage to Russia provided that they had their shit together. Germany, Britain, and France are all powerful countries, and could do some serious damage to Russian territory. The Middle East would be harder, and territories such as Iran and Central Asia would require deploying troops using long-distance aircraft trips.

Africa would be, for the most part, irrelevant, but probably require some French and British cleaning-up in Sudan and Somalia.

This war would probably result in a Blue victory, but suck for all people involved.
