Minorities are usually bad at Russian. They use complicated words and idioms incorrect but they don't have their own dialects. They only started properly integrating into society after WWII, there was no time to form dialects because few of them knew Russian. And the universal education system left no place to varieties and interpretations.

Funnily enough, it lands mid-way between euro Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese.

They do study Euro-Portuguese rules, but they open their vowels a lot like Brazilians and switch some words around, like Brazilians, but they still use Euro-Portuguese consonants. They do use some creole words here and there, depending on where they're from.

The very few educated blacks (children of oil/diamond money) study here, so they end up speaking regular Portuguese, and that is the standard to thrive for back home, which journalists and the like tend to use or mimic to the best of their abilities.

Angolans speak better Portuguese than Mozambicans and Guineans, and their accents must differ, but they all sound the same to me.

But Surinamese and Carribean Dutch are socially acceptable because they are native.

Moroccan have non-native accents and suck at proper Dutch in general. Their accent is beyond horrible. And the closest thing to ebonics we have.

South Africa has more Afrikaans speakers than English speakers.
Between 15 to 23 million speakers.

I could only think about Gypsies talking Italian, even if they are born here they talk as foreigners half local dialect and half gypsy language. they don't know how to write properly so they write as they speak (ex if they want to write the word "good" in English they just write gud)
