The same reason why pictures of anime girls tend to look hotter than real life models. It has very little to do with proportions (a lot of anime artists can't draw proper tits to save their lives), but with emotion. In my experience, 90% of models tend to have that exact same blank, "seductive" stare or an obviously fake smile. It feels like they're posing for a picture. In that regard, the animated form often expresses a lot more emotion and as such gets the viewer more emotionally invested.

Technically it should be possible to do this with 3D actresses to a far greater degree, but in the field of porn and other tittelating material most directors simply don't bother, because they know the majority of their target audience just wants to get their rocks off.

That's why anime is more enticing than real porn, and that's why I unironically read hentai doujins for the plot.
