Can Europeans and Burgers be honest, how fast is your internet actually?
I read people say outragous shit like 40mb/s. Here in NZ the best you can realistically get, with the fibre crap, is like 5mb/s. But even then it only really gives you like 3 mb/s.
I know internet is better overseas, but the 40mb/s seems like an exaguration. How much do you actually get? How much does it cost?
My current plan is 80 gigs per months, about 4mb/s, and costs me $90 a month
100/10 15€/month
I'm currently on my phone it has 4g no data caps 9€/month.

Are you sure you know the difference between bits and bytes?
I'm on an uncapped 200/100Mbps plan with orcon for $95 per month with orcon right now
>2015+2
>still using capped internet
90$ a month for 75 Mbps

>80 gig
>4 Mbps
Nigga just get Hughesnet 50 G if you're willing to use satellite Internet. They say 25 but you get around 40mbps
I have 100/100 for 30$/month.
Could get cheaper from other supplier but I'm a lazy tard.

How come internet is so expansive there? Are you living in the middle of nowhere?
>>77216923
No I live in a city. It's just that internet companies don't have reason to lower prices since they monopolize certain areas. For example my area is owned by Comcast and if I want an alternative I have to get satellite

What are you on about? I live in the chlamydia capital of the world and I get mad fibre, mate. What's your ISP?

Spark

I hate all of you

Interesting. I thought Stuff Fibre would be shit, but soo far it's turning out to be lit. Maybe you should quit Spark?
>>77216923
This >>77216969 and massive collusion between companies. When there's an auction for shit companies make offers that actually tell competitors that they are interested/baking off or negotiating.
I pay $80 a month for 60 mb/s download. Comcast are the only provider in the area. It's so fucking stupid, they control the prices and have a monopoly but the government don't give a shit. Comcast's fuckery has single-handedly changed my political leanings, before I was 100% a Libertarian.
