I'd rank it at 4.0-5.0. The life is pretty meh, but hopefully there's room for improvement.
Happiness is just an illusion desu
You should just kill yourself senpai

I personally would rank it around the 50 mark, weather is awful and the best entertainment is staying at home.

1. Number 6, kinda low if I'm honest
2. I'd give my happiness an 8, can't complain
Coincidentally the countries in the top 10 are the only countries I'd ever want to live in

Number one, my homecountry, Norway. Honestly, I'm not surprised. Although Norway is a small country where we are living along with nature and animals, 98-99 % of us have our basic needs are covered (food, health, good air, dentist, transport and home). Which is very fundemental for happiness.
As a bonus, the workday is only 7,5 hour. It's relatively easy to have children and to travel.
Norway is a very simple country compared to the other nations, you don't need to fight, feel pressured and worry quite as much.
If I need to mention some bad things, then I would say simplicity also have its downsides. Especially when it comes to selection. Not as many products and services, also the culture is rather bland, but again, simplicity.
