It's not. Nowadays thanks to flower-hat aunties there is almost zero discipline in the classes.
Also the schools have nowadays a "everybody gets a trophy" mentality because somebody might get sad about the fact that their little Jan-Pettersson isn't as special as the smartest guy in class.

And the smart kids might take a hit if they have to endure a dumbed down curriculum, breeding a generation of students who expect to be spoonfed when they get to uni. That's actually a massive problem here, highschool is such a joke that thousands of students waste away their money partying instead of studying in first year uni cause they are conditioned from the school system to put no effort into their studies.

My face when I'm fennoswedish but my swedish is terrible because I grew up in a Finnish-speaking town. Can't really blame for pure Finnish-speakers for not learning Swedish when not even I learned it. Not an issue desu. Shit and confusing language. Not meant for humans.
