The average height of non poor men, I'd say is 171cm to 175cm. Most are manlets but average is rising from generation to generation.

Average is 172-180, raising. Introducing western diets helps as I was still raised with our traditional more carb oriented diet. Nowadays I still see men my height, but kids are visibly getting taller and girls are doing the same. 160 used to be an usual height for women but now they are closing in on 170.
