Ok they're called hormigas culonas, it literally translates as big bunda ants. They toast them and taste somewhere between peanuts and coconut. they're insanely expensive because the farmers who catch them in the wild go out at 3 am and they hard to find. They're not used in soups as our hue friend implies but rather as a snack for the wealthy
