Does anyone else feel like 4chan has harmed their mental capabilities, particularly logic thinking and staying focused?

I honestly can't remember the last logical debate I've had here. It's always either calling the opposing person a cuck, poltard, Jew, nigger, redditor, faggot, remarking their flag or something else offensive. Otherwise it's strawmen or twisting around what they say to make them seem very silly and you as the Victor, despite refusing to touch on their point in a concise manner.

I'm starting to realize how stupid this place is and also how pessimistic and negative it is. Yeah the "TFW no gf" and " I want to die :(" posts are funny the first 1000000000000 times but after a while reading depressing posts starts getting to you and putting your mood down and filling you with negative thoughts. I honestly feel like this is why many people on here say they are depressed, who wouldn't be in such a terribly negative place where mental defects are celebrated and self development of any form is seen as the enemy?

Additionally I feel I've developed psuedoADHD by getting constant dopamine rushes by clicking through different threads, add with my BBC and ballstomping porn addiction ive developed due to Australians constantly posting it on blue boards that I now cant even sit to watch a movie or play a videogame without getting distracted and clicking 4chan to see what new HILARIOUS memes about cuckoldry are posted again. Or to find out how the chads and normies are the reason I'm not successful.
