There are some very strong people from Poland but on average countries like Russia and many of the Middle East/Muslim countries have stronger people. Keep in mind, this is only in the context of powerlifting and weightlifting and obviously is only based on people that compete. So if powerlifting is more part of the culture in Russia, it makes sense that more of them would be prevalent in the scene. Russia has a fuck ton of insanely strong lifters.
