My honest thoughts OP. A typical Lebanese person isn't THAT much darker than your average Greek person but a Saudi Arabian looks substantially different. All the Turks I met irl didn't look like Greeks.

This is a meme. None of the Spanish nobility are descended from the Visigoths, they claimed this for several figures after they died (Pelayo, for example) with no evidence. The Visigoths died out when they converted to Islam, married the Arabs and poor Iberians in southern Spain.
